Born in Bamako, Mali in 1990, Sidiki Diabaté kora-player and hip-hop producer. He is the latest musician into the celebrated Diabaté musical dynasty of West Africa. Sidiki is the eldest son of the world’s greatest kora player Toumani Diabaté. Plus the grandson of Sidiki Diabaté senior (1922-96) who was considered the greatest player of his own generation.
He has musical roots going back hundreds of years in the renowned Diabaté family from nearby Mali.

Sidiki returned to the Gambia specially to play at the main stadium in the country.
