A Peek Inside The Silver Kris Lounge Of Singapore Airlines At Terminal 2
The Travel Trunk was given special access to the Silver Kris Lounge at London’s Heathrow Airport which can be found at Terminal 2. The lounges for first and business class customers are spilt into two, however both sections give top rate service to all their clients. Self contained pod work stations that mimic what can be found on their planes or more conventional seating areas are some of the choices and an amazing selection of food drinks are there at all times. Showers and sleep areas are also a choice. Once at the lounge it is only a short walk to the gates used by Singapore Airlines.
A taste of Singapore before you get there with the likes of a ‘Singapore Sling’ cocktail or even a ‘Singapore Sling’ ice cream just to get you in the mood. The lounge is spacious and has views over part of Terminal 2, its helpful staff looking after your needs and ensuring that you leave their London home from home content! The decor complete with colourful orchids giving that tropical feel that you will most certainly meet when in Singapore after your flight.

If you cannot afford business or first class flights that give you that lounge access then one way to indulge yourself on the flight is to book their brand new premium economy cabins on UK routes beginning 29th August. London Heathrow will be first to progressively offer the new cabin, while Manchester services will be progressively introduced from 22nd September.
