Starters include dishes like cured and smoked Romsey Trout with radishes, watercress and crème fraiche or perhaps you may fancy Hopshoots risotto arancini with nearby the island of the Isle of Wight providing smoked garlic and fine pecorino.
Mains courses of chargrilled beef fillet with fresh borlotti beans and spinach with mustard and Isle of Wight tomatoes, or perhaps stick with fish and have Monkfish wrapped in Parma ham with saffron beans and stuffed piquillo piquante. A non-meat option could be wood-roasted Mediterranean vegetables with polenta and grilled Halloumi.
