Shellfish from just the other end of the bay, their meat from farmers Darren and Julia Quenault and their Classic Herd with herbs and vegetables from the rich Jersey soil that still grows world famous produce like their ‘Jersey Royals’ for instance.
The hotel has an easy relaxed and contemporary feel and whose staff are attentive and at your service whenever you require them or discreet should that suit your mood.
The Atlantic offers a range of packages if you require a more inclusive deal such as dinner in the Michelin dining room and free car hire that offer costs £115 per person per night. They also offer extended ‘Michelin Experience’ packages like a four night stay at the hotel and take in dinner each night a different Michelin restaurant on the island, there are four of them at £500 per person for the four nights.
Christmas and New Year breaks are also available, as is the chance to take up their ‘Island Hopping’ offer and stay 2 nights on Jersey and 2 nights on Guernsey those starts from around £400 per stay.
With a golf course directly outside the hotel that certainly attracts some guests. The island is perfect for walking and cycling in its wooded valleys or rugged cliffs. With dozens of golden sand beaches the whole place is excellent for kite surfing, swimming and fishing.
Although a fairly small, the island has a rich culture and history. It was the only part of the UK to be occupied by the German forces during World War II and today many of those fortifications can still be seen and visited.
