A change of drivers was carried out at stop 14 but I cannot see for the life of me why the bus could not of picked up passengers at bus stop 11 where it should of done! It would have been much more convenient for the passengers for the driver to pull up and collect the waiting passengers from the correct stop and then if necessary move to stop 14 to carry out the driver change.
Not my idea of great customer service is it National Express?
What is the point of having a system and then not sticking to it?
This would be baffling for foreign tourists arriving in our country too.
I must say it’s turned me off now using the service. Also as the frequency of service now being offered means that the waiting period can now be quite long the last thing you need after a long flight.
Sorry National Express its taxis for me now, at least they know where to pick up and drop off!
