This hotel is listed as being five stars but to me it has fallen down badly on very simple parts of the whole hotel experience, a car park that was inadequate or the system used for it certainly not customer friendly for a five star. An attendant or concierge surely to keep things running smoothly there would be an idea. One has to wonder what it would be like at peak times in the city?
But 30 min free Internet for a city centre conference and business hotel pretty mean. You may as well just charge up front and then not talk about free Wi-Fi!
Five star hotel room service should be a key area of the F&B operation; sorry but this was not a five star service.
Basically the first three facilities I called on for my brief stay did really not come up to what I believe five star clients would be looking for or expect… so those were my first impressions!
Rant over, come on Principal Hayley.
